“What a very nice and warm pit-stop halfway up the Dalton highway. Nestled right in-between a small post office and a tire shop, they have a set menu in addition to having a breakfast buffet and a dinner buffet and very reasonable prices. It was like $16 for an all you can eat breakfast with drinks. The staff was super nice and there is a large bathroom on site. Gas can be purchased outside at over a dollar a gallon cheaper than Deadhorse. Plus, the Arctic Visitor Center is almost straight across the road. That is also a nice stop.“

“Came here craving espresso martinis, and they absolutely delivered—they were incredible! We ended up trying a few more of their flavors, and they were so good we couldn’t leave without buying a bottle to take home.

The owners are genuinely amazing. We had such a great conversation with them, and it’s clear how much passion and hard work they’ve poured into this place. You can really feel the difference.

“Great, classic German brewery. Their Weissbier is spot on! I also enjoyed that they do 1/2 pours and the mark up on them isn't extravagant. This allowed for more choices without having to drink a bunch of pints, but not having to buy an entire beer flight.

This is a great brewery and well worth the visit for any beer aficionado.“

“This cafe is very welcoming, clean and staff are incredibly helpful and kind. If I have any issues with my order staff are quick to make it right. The quality of the food is fantastic! I highly recommend the Betta with Feta salad, this is a personal favorite! If you havr any dietary restrictions this is the place for you? Gluten free? They got you! Dairy free? They got you! The food is amazing, the drinks are wonderful and the staff are kind and respectful. I love this place!“

“Kitchen and tables are in the back of a bar. You enter at front of bar and go back to the food area. Not a lot of directions other than a sign outside stating to enter through the bar, but no directions once inside. Food was good but atmosphere was like a bar. Dark and uninspiring.“

Cold Sapporo beer, amazing nigiri (salmon and yellowtail) and friendly waitresses. One even ran outside to grab us before we left b/c my mom accidentally left her credit card. Cannot say enough on how positive this dining experience was.“

“I didn’t even leave the place yet, literally making this as I’m eating. 😂I don’t have good pics but I took one of the tom yum soup. AND OMGGG 100% the best tom yum soup I’ve ever had. It’s so flavorful, very aromatic, just overall such a yummy dish. I’m Cambodian and judge Asian food a lot, but this place was amazing and authentic.
My husband got the pho beef, and omg it was so good!! The portions are great, and so was the service! The lady helping us was very nice!! We saw someone order the tilapia, and wow oh wow that looked amazing! Def getting it next time!! Thank you for such an amazing meal :))“

“This store gets a big gold star from us! We ordered pizza to be picked up at 6:30pm but we got delayed and didn’t get there til right after 7pm (closing). “10-15-24: I can no longer list this as one of the top 5 biscuits and gravy places in Fairbanks area. Today's meal was not pleasant. Gravy was good but biscuits were not biscuits, but a cornbread style that was very dry. I was very disappointed.

“Visited one night and it was the only restaurant open in downtown that had moderate pricing and it was packed. Poor waitress had to wait all the tables herself. I went the next day and the food was delicious. I had the fresh spring rolls and drunken noodles. Not spicy at all so if you like heat, you will need to ask them to add more heat.“

Ordered a supreme chicken fried steak breakfast. They add grilled mushrooms and onions over the top of the chicken fried steak for something extra. It was very good and it was more food than I could eat.“

“Food poisoned at the Boniface Taco King March 10th, 2025. I think the open sauces haven't been changed in a while, or the shrimp was bad in my burrito. I threw up multiple times throughout the night into the next morning. Laid in bed all day March 11th I haven't eaten in 24hrs. It's now March 12th, and I'm still on fluids only. This is the first time this has happened to me at one of your locations. I've eaten at other Taco King's and your food is really good, but this past experience was horrible.“

We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna.
