Ive been coming here for years and I gotta say, the new chef they’ve got calling out orders is mind blowing to watch work . The way he moves behind that fish bar, he needs to be on tv or something. I swear to god, this guy doesn’t even look at what hes doing ,hes like a robot. The chef ended up checking in on us along with some other tables. Glad to see some talent making its way to lil ole fairbanks.

Had a wonderful date night here. The sashimi was great, as were the drinks and desserts. Will definitely come back again.
