“The customer service was excellent, the food was well reasonably priced and there was something for everyone. The food was really great and it came out to the table quickly. When we came in, the owner greeted us and opened the doors for my elderly grandmother. 10/10 would eat here again. I’m telling all my friends to drop by and get something here now on.“

“Kitchen and tables are in the back of a bar. You enter at front of bar and go back to the food area. Not a lot of directions other than a sign outside stating to enter through the bar, but no directions once inside. Food was good but atmosphere was like a bar. Dark and uninspiring.“

“Lovely place to stop for a coffee! We came across this spot during our road trip through Alaska and were so glad we did. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and they had a huge selection of coffee drinks to choose from. Definitely worth a stop!“

“Found online, chose based on Google ratings. Was not disappointed! Ordered gyoza, eggrolls, kanpai roll, macho roll and sunset roll...all super delicious. Cold Sapporo beer, amazing nigiri (salmon and yellowtail) and friendly waitresses. One even ran outside to grab us before we left b/c my mom accidentally left her credit card. Cannot say enough on how positive this dining experience was.“

“First time trying the fruit crepes today and it is sooooo delicious. I highly recommend trying them out. I order the beef lo-mein and keep seeing the crepes but always scared to try them. So glad I bought it ate half and can eat the other half later. 5 star from me.“

“Just googled for Indian restaurant and was delighted to see this one in Alaska. It’s a quiet, neat cozy restaurant. Ordered vegetarian thalis. The food was so authentic and tasty. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone.“

“I’ve been to hot licks for my first time visiting family in Alaska in 2019. Then I moved here in 2024 and went every other time they were open in the summer. I love how fresh and homemade the ice cream is and I also love the drink shakes they make.“

“OK. This might be a little long/different type post from me but I want to give a big plus to a waitress. We were in Fairbanks Alaska at The Pump House. We were taken care of by not just a good, not a great but my all time best server I have ever had. Her name is Jenna. I want to say that she is my all time best and favorite waitress in my 77 years of being. The food and ambiance were also good. But Jenna was fantastic Thank you Jenna“

“Amazing food and service. My Lomo pork was exquisite. It was prepared with Mojo and a taste of oregano and garlic. This dish actually took me back to Miami. My wife’s PERNIL was so tender and delicious; it definitely delivered a ton of flavor; juicy and not greasy at all. I highly recommend., Thank you Chef Rico.“
