Amazing food and service. My Lomo pork was exquisite. It was prepared with Mojo and a taste of oregano and garlic. This dish actually took me back to Miami. My wife’s PERNIL was so tender and delicious; it definitely delivered a ton of flavor; juicy and not greasy at all.

BEST Food in Fairbanks, Alaska!
I recently dined at Jazz Bistro On 4th and was blown away by the experience! Chef Tony is absolutely fabulous, and his culinary skills are exceptional. Every dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. I can’t recommend Jazz Bistro enough — a true gem in Fairbanks.
Our first visit to Jazz Bistro this evening was great. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will definitely return to try more options. The chimichurri steak and chicken pasta were amazing. The service was top-notch, friendly and personable. The dining area was clean, well-maintained, and a nice ambience. If you haven't been to Jazz Bistro, or are simply looking for a new restaurant to try, it's an excellent choice.
