“My husband and I have lived in Anchorage the past couple of years. We came to Fairbanks for a work trip, and chose to eat here based on photos we saw online. It was without a doubt the BEST meal we have eaten in Alaska since moving here. My husband got a steak plate, and I had pork. We thought it was so good that we’re hoping to return before we leave town. The service was phenomenal as well. Don’t miss this gem!!“

Every dish was a delightful surprise, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a special night out. I can’t recommend Jazz Bistro enough — a true gem in Fairbanks.“
