This place is a gem – and where do you find Moldovan food anywhere much less in the middle of Alaska? Food was just delicious and the menu had many unique dishes we had never heard of before. And it was quite busy for a Sunday night. We were just fortunate to arrive at 6 pm and got a table. Highly recommended if you can make it!
Excellent flavours from eastern Europe that warmed us in the coldest of fairbanks winter. So good we went back 2 more times. Value lunch sets on weekdays from 11am-4pm. Delicious madovan wine with an impressive expansive wine list for such a low key restaurant. Saturday dinner seemed to be really busy, with live music, might want to reserve a table.

Great food experience. The only downside is the slow service. There will always be a line of people waiting to be seated (at least during dinner time) and you can only make reservations if you call before 14:00. (I think it was 14:00). Nevertheless, give it a try. You won’t regret it if you like exploring new types of cuisine.
