Best restaurant in Fairbanks.
Whenever I’m in Fairbanks I always stop at Little Owl. The coffee drinks, savory food items, and cupcakes are top notch!
Salads and lunch items are not to be missed.
Side note: all the cupcakes are kept in a refrigerated display case. Let your cupcake come to room temp and then enjoy… always more flavorful.
