I am from out of town with two other vegans and the vegan options here are UNREAL!! We ended up coming back every morning for breakfast and drinks because everything was so good!! During the week it has become almost a ritual to go to the gym in the morning and then getting a vanilla iced latte and a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. During the weekends instead the unbeatable McKinley burrito is a must have. Definitely the best coffee shack in Fairbanks and maybe in the entire AK!
