Got the McKinley burrito and accidentally left it on the hood of my car. The sheer weight and girth of the thing kept it safely in place driving 70mph down the Steese. 10/10 recommend.

I stumble in there from time to time when it's the closest coffee stand. The coffee and food is delicious but... each time I go through there I tell myself "never again" because of the LONG wait when I'm only 2nd or 3rd car waiting. "Maybe that was just a bad day" when I'm close and consider trying it again. If I ever go again I will time how long it takes to get out of there.

I am from out of town with two other vegans and the vegan options here are UNREAL!! We ended up coming back every morning for breakfast and drinks because everything was so good!! I can’t rave enough about the vegan bagel breakfast sandwich and the vegan breakfast burrito!! The green machine and chocolate banana smoothie was also soooo good!! The girls that work there too are also so incredibly efficient, communicative and friendly - us girl looked at each each other in the car and even said “oh my God everyone is so upbeat and nice!” …I would actually have no money if I lived here from going here so often hahha . THANK YOU FOR HAVING VEGAN OPTIONS!!!!

During the week it has become almost a ritual to go to the gym in the morning and then getting a vanilla iced latte and a sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. During the weekends instead the unbeatable McKinley burrito is a must have. Definitely the best coffee shack in Fairbanks and maybe in the entire AK!

Stumbled across this phenomenal company while in fairbanks and it is definitely one of the better coffee/cafe drive throughs I’ve been to! Fair prices…10/10 quality…quick service. You won’t be disappointed by anything on the menu even if your brain is telling you vegan.

We waited in line on a busy morning and it was definitely worth it. Customer service is top notch. ?? drip coffee was the perfect temp. Highly recommend breakfast bagel w/ egg,cheese + sausage. Priced right. Keep up the goodness, Summit!
