Delicious!! And friendly people. If I lived here in would return often.
Came here craving espresso martinis, and they absolutely delivered—they were incredible! We ended up trying a few more of their flavors, and they were so good we couldn’t leave without buying a bottle to take home.
The owners are genuinely amazing. We had such a great conversation with them, and it’s clear how much passion and hard work they’ve poured into this place. You can really feel the difference.

Based on the reviews, Hoarfrost Distilling & Speakeasy is an absolutely amazing place and a must-do when visiting Fairbanks. The vodka is some of the best ever had, even their 100 proof vodka is better than most regular store bought stuff. The product is fantastic, made in Fairbanks by locals, and the vibe is great. The service was amazing, with staff that worked to help find a nice flavored vodka. The owners are a super nice and welcoming couple. The raspberry liqueur is super amazing. Guests can enjoy a beverage in house or take a bottle to go. The Vanilla Lime vodka for the Alpen Glow is a must.
