Hands down best Thai food in all of Alaska. I moved away and everytime I'm back in Fairbanks this is a must for me. Best food, best staff, best everything!
Great Thai food. I actually ordered pineapple fried rice, which was not on the original drive-through menu. The lady actually made it, and it was really tasty. The quantity was really good. It's very close to the airport as well, so I would definitely try again.
This is my favorite place to get lunch. It is some of the best thai food I have had anywhere, beats most restaraunts! Huge portions and fair prices as well. 10/10!

Simply Thai Drive Thru offers some of the best Thai food, with huge portions and fair prices. A sweet lady provides fast, friendly service. The tofu and vegetable yellow curry is amazing, and the chicken pad thai is fabulous. The delicious yellow curry is piping hot, full of chicken, carrots, onion and big chunks of red potato. The portion is large enough for two with a good amount of rice. "No spicy" is still a bit spicy for those sensitive to spice.
