The speed and quality have went down at this location. The Subway food build standards are not being followed.
I ordered through the drive through after the store was closed and it was delicious i ordered a sandwhich and wasnt asked if id like to make it a meal or if id like a drink i was under the impression that theyd ask at the window but that wasnt the case. The staff was very short and to the point. No smile, small talk. Very unapproachable and uncomfortable to ask for anything more.

So, I ordered something that was apparently out of order. The store still accepted the order. Problem with that is now I can't cancel it, and now the store either has to void it or subsitute the order. Not a problem, right? No. Huge issue apparently. Only the manager can void orders. So a subsitute, right? NO. This is also something only the manager can do. Subway offers customizable sandwiches, with a drive-thru option available after store hours. The staff, although efficient, lacks a friendly attitude. Online ordering may not provide many customization options, but vegetarian choices are easy to find. The tuna sandwich, once a favorite, has been disappointing lately with dry tuna and hard bread. Despite these issues, Subway remains a kid-friendly place, with TVs for entertainment, and ample parking space for convenience.
