Latitude 65 is more than just a meal, it is an experience! The restaurant is inside a roomy Alaskan yurt located on top of a hill that offers incredible views out of the expansive windows. Wow. This restaurant is amazing. Such delicious food, each meal incredible with layers of flavor and thoughtfulness. The chef cooks with so much love and it shows. He truly has a gift with soup, and for making the Alaskan ingredients stars on each plate. We stayed at Borealis Basecamp for three nights and the food at Latitude 65 was an absolute highlight. Beautiful place to have an excellent meal and experience. Every choice we have made has been excellent! The staff is friendly and allow you to enjoy the atmosphere and meal! Portion sizes were just right as we left full every night. This place made our trip! Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!
