Had a great final meal in Fairbanks at this establishment! Staff members were very friendly. Arrived at 5pm on a Tuesday and it wasn’t crowded. Had the $30 salmon plate that came with the salad barn, potatoes, green beans, and rolls and was not disappointed at all. Received a huge pice of fish and had to turn down the second one he was trying to add to my plate. Cashier suggested a spoonful of the sweet marinade be added to the salmon and she was so right! Nice place but the weather was bad. My food was getting wet even though they had a few tents set up to get into the indoor eating area. There was a nice outdoor eating area but the rain prevented us from doing that. The prime rib was a little over cooked. The cod was very good and I heard the salmon was too. I was disappointed with the salad bar. It was messy and not replenished often enough. I was not impressed with the sides, mainly the potatoes They were cold.
I loved it there and there was a really cute guy I’d love to try and find him if you could help. If you go there frequently he has short blonde hair and blue braces and greenish blue eyes medium height
