The vegetable soup with a mushroom soy base was packed with delicious vegetables (I also added tofu). The vegetables were not over cooked and the soup was so flavorful! The server informed me that the curry dishes are not vegan or even vegetarian as the chili paste they order from Thailand contains shrimp paste so beware of those items!
The atmosphere was comfortable and it’s nicely decorated. It’s also quite a large space.
I will return for the soup and possibly the Thai...
The food was so good, we ate here twice during our visit to Fairbanks! We had the fried tofu and the yellow curry was delicious and piping hot!

BEST THAI FOOD IN ALASKA!! The food was so good we got Pad See Eww , Tom Yum soup, and Spicy Catfish (came with a huge serving of rice enough for the three of us)! The Pad See Eww was so yummy the sauce and the noodles were perfect and chewy and fresh in all the dishes the veggies were perfectly cooked and coated in the delicious sauce like they made veggies taste good that impressive!!
