I guess some are just better than others. Usually enjoyable. But the one in fairbanks alaska. I wish I didn't go there.

I have never eaten here without having to wipe food off of my own table before sitting down. Food is typically good for the money, but orders regularly get messed up. Staff were arguing last time I ordered about who was going to make my milkshake. The inside of the restaurant is usually dirty and needs more regular cleaning. Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes they are friendly and sometimes not. I am not likely to go back due to their staff and service obviously going downhill over the past year.

I have never seen a crew work so slowly. I am reasonably certain the counter person has been indulging in marijuana. Food was fine but the wait was terrible.

Out of all of the fast food places you get the most here for what you pay for. Generally friendly staff. Sometimes there's quite a wait for food. I've never had any problems here. Always delicious and tastes more home grilled. WAY better than McDonald's.

Do not eat here. Rude, incompetent staff with no management present. The last time we visited this location over a year ago, we witnessed employees shouting at each other obscenities. Thought we would give it another go since we like Carl's Jr. as a whole and was dumbfounded that the staff didn't even flinch once the radio blaring in the kitchen started playing, Big Sean's "I Don't F--K with you". Myself and my three children immediately left and will never return to this location. I'd give it a negative star rating if it were possible.

Should've read the reviews before we stopped. We're new here and decided to give it a try. Big mistake. Man in the drive thru, I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or trying to provide excellent service. I said “one second, please.†He said “okay..one. Order now.†My husband and I just laughed thinking he was trying to be funny. Not even a minute goes by and he's telling me to order. So I just fly off at the mount with something random off the menu because I didn't really have time to look. Pull up, got our drinks no problems. Gave us our bag and told us to have a nice day. As I'm pulling off, I realized they forgot our kids meal. So my husband goes back into get it. No big deal expect we were the only ones there. I would've been a little more understanding if they were busy but whatever. I open my burger and oh my gosh. The most SLOPPY and SOGGY burger I've ever had. This thing had so much mayo on it, every time I bit it, it would literally fall off the sandwich. My burger was also cold. After deciding I was done and I would just eat something at home, I find a hair on my burger. Yup. BIG done. My husband didn't even finish his burger either. And my husband doesn't have high expectations for places so it shocked me that even he didn't finish his. Our pops were all watered down and didn't even taste like what we ordered. We won't be back. So gross. Glad we didn't get sick.

We went to the drive-thru about an hour or two before they closed. Tried to order from the speaker, but got no response. Thought that it might be broke, so we drove right up to the window to order. But, they just ignored us and decided to act like they were closed despite the fact that the open sign was still on out front, and there were still workers inside. Guess they just wanted to close up early that night? The Carl's Jr. on the west side of town is much better; if you really need Carl's Jr. just go to that one, food always seems fresher and the service actually exists.
The guy at the drive thru window must've called me sweetie in a flirtatious way no less than 20 times. I found it so creepy. And then my breakfast burrito had a loooong black hair in it mixed in with the gravy. I almost vomited!

Forgot my meal,in the bag just fries. Had to go into ask them was told by the not that waited on me he fidnt forget it. All staff at front running each other's shoulders and no hair nets. Hair hanging down very unclean area

I'd give my experience 1 and half stars but it doesn't allow that. My order got messed up and this isn't the first time. People ignored me. The food wasn't that great for what I paid. The fries were soggy and tasted like onion rings instead of fries and my soda was watered down and had 2 ice cubes in it. Will not be going back. I can understand their "busy" but they lacked in all the areas.
