Thank you so much TROY.. this dude was working drive threw first time I've seen him and the Customer service my family and I received from him is that of a store manager if your looking for a bite to eat and great customer service go see Troy at Carl's Jr.

Out of all of the fast food places you get the most here for what you pay for. Generally friendly staff. Sometimes there's quite a wait for food. I've never had any problems here. Always delicious and tastes more home grilled. WAY better than McDonald's.

Waited 30 FULL minutes for a Famous Star & Western Burger just BURGERS. Onion rings on the Western Burger were stiff and cold. Feeling cute might have food poisoning later, idk. Famous Star was perfect. Restroom was clean. Manager helped pass the food out. Yall have a messy kitchen floor from wrappers and who know what else.
