“I visited the Fairbanks location on 12/16/23 after the downtown fireworks. It looked like a lot of people had the same idea because though there were only a few customers ahead of us when we walked in, at least 20 people walked in while we were in line.You could tell something was going on behind the counter. There was some weird energy coming from one of the workers. Suddenly, the 'employees only' door swung open and a young man basically pushed his way out of the store, leaving two others to deal with the crowd.Landyn couldn't have been more professional. He let us all know that he needed to call his manager but would be right back to serve the crowd. When he returned a few minutes later, he powered through the orders as quickly as he could, with such a positive attitude. You truly have a great worker in Landyn.“
