Fantastic handcrafted ice cream (I had the lavender honey!) and amazing service! Amy and staff went above and beyond. They opened early for our church so we could have ice cream and a fellowship moment on a Sunday. I highly recommend golden heart treats! Contact them to schedule your own special event! Golden Heart Treats is a truly delicious homemade ice creamery with different flavors of homemade ice cream. The ice cream is delicious and the options are unique, including black walnut and honey lavender, both excellent. The handcrafted ice cream is fantastic, with creamy, rich flavors and generous portions. The employees are always kind and lighthearted, and the service is amazing. The prices are in line with what is seen around town. The hours are great, and there is never a huge, long line. The Facebook page is the best way to confirm the location. Whether a local or visiting, this place has to be one of the many spots to try out. It opens back up once the nice weather breaks. A milkshake, banana split, and cones were tried, and every single one was amazing. Big daddy's bbq is right next door, so it is a win win for everyone. Definitely a stop worth making.
