We were here on the 4th of July before we could catch our flight back home.
We ordered boneless korean spicy chicken and the chicken was very old and rubbery. You could easily figure out that the chicken was stale.
Great place for different kinds of food .
Not sure what to say. This wasn't our usual food choice and we have little experience with the menu choices, to the point we were looking them up on our phones.
Made the mistake of not asking what types of dumplings were included in my husband's dish. Turned out they were pork, which he cannot eat.
Since we don't know what the dishes are supposed to taste like it is difficult to review. All I can say is they weren't my cup of tea.
It seems that there was only one person working. He would take orders, go to the back, and return after a time with a cart carrying food.
Ramen Review: A Flavorful Journey in Every Slurp
I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a steaming bowl of ramen at chicken town, and it was nothing short of spectacular.
The Broth:
The rich, savory broth was the star of the show. It had the perfect balance of depth and complexity, with a hint of umami that lingered on the palate. The korean army ramen broth was creamy yet light, while the spicy-infused variant was savory without being overwhelming. Both options were packed with layers of flavor, achieved through hours of slow simmering that you could taste with every sip.
The Noodles:
The noodles were just the right texture—springy with a delicate chew that complemented the broth beautifully. They had a satisfying bite, and their long strands swirled perfectly in the soup, absorbing the flavor without becoming soggy. Whether you prefer a slurp-worthy noodle or a more substantial bite, these noodles delivered.
Toppings:
This ramen didn’t skimp on toppings. The tender spam and sausage was perfectly marbled and melt-in-your-mouth delicious, adding a hearty richness to each bite. The soft-boiled egg, with its creamy yolk, was a perfect contrast to the savory broth, while the green onions provided a refreshing crunch.
Overall Experience:
Every ingredient in this bowl of ramen felt carefully selected and crafted to work in harmony. It was an experience that was both comforting and exciting, familiar yet full of surprises. The combination of textures, the balance of salty and savory, and the warming qualities of the broth made this bowl a standout. Whether you’re a ramen aficionado or just craving something delicious, this dish will leave you satisfied and craving more.
Highly recommended for anyone who’s looking to experience true ramen perfection!
It's so delicious It's a place I want to come again later
Literally amazing. The food is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO good I seriously cannot get enough!!! The service was amazing too with a lovely atmosphere. I am genuinely shocked that it isn’t super busy!! It’s become one of my favorite places to eat ever!!
The staff and food are always top notch. Never had an off day coming here. I always recommend this place, the name throws people off at times (they think it's like a kfc) once I tell them there's bulgogi it all changes. Please check this place out!
Friendly staff but I paid 20 dollars for 6 small pieces of chicken. The Bulgogi and Sweet corn and cheese was Subpar. The Dumplings was great can’t see myself ordering same items
The food is better than expected. Korean fried chicken is great! Ramen is good to try.

We love Chicken town. The food is always amazing, and the owner is always so nice. This is one of the few things we will miss when we leave Alaska. You have to try the Katsu burger, this was my favorite.

The chicken was raw and they got a nerve to try to charge us, but my husband had to show the cook the raw chicken. We only tried to eat 2 pieces 1 was raw and the one I got was ok, we lost our appetite. Never going to eat here again.

We come here all the time but today there was a misunderstanding in my order, but they made sure to correct it and go above and beyond to make sure everything was good. Even gave us extra food and took things off of our ticket. Jenny was our server and she was phenomenal!
