The staff here were very kind. It took a bit for the people in front of us to order but the staff member was incredibly patient. I liked that there were tables and chairs if we wanted to take a seat and enjoy our ice cream there. PS they had all of my favorite flavors so this visit was a homerun for me!

I visited the Fairbanks location on 12/16/23 after the downtown fireworks. It looked like a lot of people had the same idea because though there were only a few customers ahead of us when we walked in, at least 20 people walked in while we were in line.You could tell something was going on behind the counter. There was some weird energy coming from one of the workers. Suddenly, the 'employees only' door swung open and a young man basically pushed his way out of the store,...
