Sadly, the University has no power to make on campus food better. Their contract is an unfortunate fate, that has lead to the dissapointment of every student on campus. They are understaffed, which leads to massive lines which drive away students from dining using dining services on campus.

The most inconsistent restaurant I've ever had. Better food at boy scouts camps in the middle of nowhere. Somedays you will have the best meal you've had in months, some days they will only put out a dish so visually unappealing you lose your appetite, and occasionally you will be served raw or stale food making you sick to your stomach.

Food quality is worse than fast food, meat is often undercooked, food has been served rotten or moldy. Several of my class mates in recent times have gotten sick from eating here. Would rather eat prison food. Fix your food quality, I spend several thousand to eat here and more to attend the school and I could get better food at the Arby’s down the road.
