A must try for excellent burgers and loaded fries. This trip I had the mushroom bacon burger and upgraded to the poutine fries. Thick juicy burger cooked to perfection, and loads of toppings. The poutine fries were smothered in black pepper gravy, with slightly melted pillows of cheese curds. I did not walk away hungry. I will be back.

We recently had Early Bird at a work event and boy did they exceed our expectations! They were attentive and communicative prior to the event, something we truly appreciated. Then their food was phenomenal and service was without a doubt the best. We enjoyed the sample plate to try multiple fries and then went back for more. Go try them out 😉

We booked them for a work Christmas in July party- we had previous years that did not go so well and then cooked ourselves. But Early Bird was attentive, responsive, hospitable and all around perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a food truck at an event. We may have had smaller numbers but boy did we eat all the AMAZING food

My wife and I have been to the PX location on Ft Wainwright a few times and the food is always delicious. Yesterday my wife told me that the fried chicken sandwich she ordered was the best sandwich she had ever had. Knocking her former favorite for more than 15 years of the top spot! I had the bacon cheeseburger with garlic Parmesan fries. I couldn’t have been happier! Great job to Early Bird loaded fries! Great food, great customer service service great people!
