Wayne the owner is really kool. Food is amazing his Mac and cheese with jerk chicken on top is amazing. 10/10 recommend. All of his juice’s are house made and they are majorly delicious. If you haven’t stop in you should because you’re missing out.
I’d never tried this place, though heard of it on multiple occasions. Tonight I placed an order through DoorDash, for jerk chicken, baked mac n cheese, and cabbage. Right away the owner (I assume?) called and let me know the jerk chicken available was just a few pieces and there were dry. He offered me to supplement it for a new protein. I picked opted for fried chicken. So right away, customer service is on point. 10/10 The food arrived and I can tell you this is my new favorite spot. The cabbage was something from a dream, as was the chicken. I haven’t tried the other stuff yet, but will shortly. Though I’m the only one in my family who likes spicy food, you can bet I’ll be going there regardless. WOW!!
If you’re hunting for authentic Caribbean food this is your one stop shop. The Curried Chicken is finger licking good. The pull on the Mac N’ Cheese almost sent me. I shall be back for the most flavorful food in Fairbanks. 🖤💛💚

I order there all the time and it never disappoints favorite place in town
This was my first time trying Jamaican Jerked Chicken. It was absolutely amazing. Now my favorite place in Fairbanks!
For 2 plates of oxtails, rice and plantains. $80 are u kidding?
Didn’t even order plantains, but apparently cabbage is the same thing. Not worth the price. It’s not a large portion. 3 oxtails in the whole plate.

Today is our 31st anniversary. We were married in Negril Jamaica. Decided to try some local Jamaican food (honestly weren't sure what to expect). Holy shit Batman! This food brought us right back to getting Jerk Chicken from random street vendors across from our hotel every night. The Jerk Chicken will light you up! It starts off with a sweet note and goes right for the spice. The Curry Chicken was delicious and the meat patties are amazing. The Plantains are wonderful. All that was missing was some Bammy Bread! Thank you for taking us back to our humble beginnings. We will definitely be coming back here on a regular basis.

The chicken was overheated and dry and the rice was more or less good. The only good thing was the pineapple water and for the price it's not really worth it. We will not return to this place. Apart from that, we waited about 10 minutes for someone to not attend to it. bad bad.

Man it’s been two months since I went to Fairbanks but I randomly remembered this place and I had to write a review!!
I never expected to find the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had in Fairbanks, Alaska, but this gem of a restaurant completely blew me away! From the moment I walked in with my sister, the aroma of authentic Jamaican spices transported me straight to the Caribbean. The jerk chicken was perfectly spiced and tender, the oxtail stew was rich and flavorful, and the fried plantains were crisp on the outside and sweetly soft on the inside.
The staff were warm and welcoming, making the experience even more special. You can feel the heart and soul they put into every dish. I’m so thankful to have found this place—it’s like a little slice of Jamaica in the middle of Alaska. If you’re in Fairbanks, don’t miss it!
