Ordered a chicken Firebird sandwich. From reading the description it sounded spicy because it had jalapeños. Well it had 3 jalapeños a fried chicken breast and a bun. No spicy sauce, lettuce or tomatoes. Extremely dry. Wasn’t what I expected at all for the price. The fries were the best part of the meal.
First time having breakfast at fenders.
The Monte Carlo sandwich was stacked full of meat and the orange jam was delicious and my wife had the special, eggs Benedict on a waffle. Delicious. The service was great and super friendly and accommodating with our energetic 2 year old. We will be back to try the rest of the breakfast menu soon!

2nd trip to Fairbanks I was brought to Fenders. It had good vibes and good food. I had the chicken fried steak, and it was flat and big. It was good, and the gravy had good flavor, but I would definitely order something different next time around. Just to switch it up. The atmosphere was good. I felt like it was 80s themed.
