The best coffee place in town. We go here a couple times a week. My kids ask for it after their swimming practice. The Baristas are always so nice and welcoming. They even show patience when the kids change their minds 100 times.
The servers are awesome there was a long line so they came out of the building to get my order! The matcha , and dirty chai are my fav hot or iced both great and the sailted Carmel cookies are to die for! Everyone is so nice and every order is consistent. Way better than any chain store!!!!
Parking: You just pull up with your car or walk up to building and order there is no outside dining or anything just the building . There are 2 sides to order from btw!

As coffee huts go, decent. Coffee and food always come out average, but the preparation is made up for in the menu. Their menu has variety and is NOT overwhelming. Solid smoothies and salad. Solid drip and bagels (inconsistent bagel stock). Midrange pricing for a Fairbanks coffee hut.
I would not go out of my way, but a solid grab for your commute.
