I was just visiting Fairbanks but had a great experience each time I went to this location. Baristas were kind, quick, and the drinks/food were great!

I ordered Red drink called kicker. They just used part of the Red Bull. I was embarrassed for the barista, I swear I felt like I went through brew and view. The girl was barely dressed, her shorts were so skimpy and barely covered her. Total disappointment! Sad actually!

I have not been to alot of coffee shops in the Fairbanks area that I would refuse to go to again. But, Glacier Grind Coffee just made top of that list. The coffee was chalky and the breakfast burrito was dry and didn't seem to be cooked properly merely heated up.
I will not be returning .

Glacier Grind is my go-to place for their salad! Today I came up to the window and I always do a make your own salad when this blonde girl said "oh we don't have build your own salad" I was confused and was like "oh okay did you guys stop doing that at this location(as I know they don't have their full menu at this one) she responded "No none of our locations are supposed to be doing that we have our house salad and some other salads it's just the sandwiches that are build your own" so I pointed to the menu and said "yeah your menu says the house salad, (named the rest of the salads) and also says make your own salad" I was trying to be nice about it ? but she quickly said "FINE I'll grab you the build your own sheet" rolled her eyes and slammed the window. Another brunette girl came to the window and was very nice. I took my order, and I had no more issues! Still will be going to glacier grind, but I do believe training and hiring should be improved, and the baristas should know what's on their own menu... overall, I still love glacier so much!

Slowest coffee shop ever. And always forgets half our order.

This drive-through coffee stand has kind and attentive staff who seemed to be overwhelmed and scattered, despite the slow time of day. Although we ordered two coffees, their weekly special (Mud Dog) and an iced white mocha, they seemed to have miscommunications within the building that caused a longer-than-normal wait time. The weekly special could not be made the typical way due to broken machinery, but the staff made it work and put forth their best effort to make it taste just as delicious as it otherwise would have. However, both coffees ended up tasting off and were not a good reflection on the establishment’s abilities. It may be worth a second trip to see if it was just a bad day for the business. I will go back with an open mind, but lower hopes.

My wife was there to order coffee and she had to make a order twice due to the fact her first order was ignored when THEY asked what she would like. Then turned away to talk to someone else. Then turned back to her and said "Excuse me what would like". I think that is rude.

This coffee hut has the best sparkling lemonade. Also the staff is so nice especially Acacia. I forgot my wallet and Acacia said not to worry about it I could just pay extra next time. Now that is awesome customer service! Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this coffee hut!
