House of Fire Pizza -West

We ordered a pizza for pick up and were told 20 min. I arrived about 18 min after the call was placed and was told it would be done in 15 min. When I paid for the pizza with a card, the lady had on greasy gloves, got my card back covered in greasy flower and mushroom bits. House of Fire Pizza, don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining, tell me what the wait time is most likely going to be, stop with the lies. And they dropped it in the floor, been walking around it for about 10 min. Was almost 50 min to get the pizza.

Send a hungry guy out of there with a burnt crust ?You know it was burnt . But you let it go out with me anyway. Without asking ,upsold from the Caesar salad to a tiny Cobb. WAY TO TREAT A TRAVELER GUYS ! NO FORK ?

Waited 90 minutes for two pizzas. While others were served we asked about our food. Order was lost. Told it would be 15 minutes only to realize it was 30 min. Manager would not meet with us. Grade F

Do not waste your time. If you want pizza, get dominos.
Disappointed big time . They messed up our order twice. We waited for pizza for about 45 min . Garlic knots were undercooked, and after all, the service was slow and disrespectful.
And the epic moment was after 2d time they messed up , the guy was saying in your face " aga .."?‍♀️ and then talking loud, he is ready to go home. If they would pay more attention what people ordere that would not be such a mess

We ordered several pizzas for delivery. After 5 calls in over 2 hours the order came. We were missing 2 of the pizzas. The pizza was fair but n quality. Crust thin and very chewy. Would not recommend at all.

Really good pizza and nice folks. I should have asked about the price for clarification, though. I ordered the 12” buildup work “up to 5 additional ingredients!” Nowhere doors it say that each ingredient is another $2.50. I wasn’t expectinga $28 lunch. I work I had ordered one of there standard pizzas. Had leftovers for s second meal, though.

Girl making my pizza. Was eating pepperoni while she was adding toppings to my order. Staff does not wear gloves while making pizza. It was gross to see her putting pepperoni into her mouth while making my pizza.

I didn't previously like it but I went again and a charming young man named Steve helped us and made my visit so much different then the previous one. I now find it my new go to pizza place
