Stopped in for Lunch on a Sunday afternoon in early July, the restaurant was not busy (one other table in use) the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food came out relatively quickly. Everything was very good, I think everyone had a different favorite but everyone enjoyed all selections and between the 3 of us there wasn't anything so I guess should tell you what we thought of it. Unfortunately they didn't have a couple items on the menu available but we didn't have room anyway so looking forward to trying them next time

Group of us at work ordered from their “delivery” flyer. Called the day before and pd for it as requested. When I called the day of delivery I was told by noon. The order, $141.00 worth of food, was delivered (dropped off and driver left) to the incorrect building, it was an hour late, with no other communication, and it was cold. Extremely disappointed and will not go there again.

We had never checked this place out until tonight. The service was great from the time we walked in the door. It wasn’t really busy and we were able to have great conversation with it not being too loud in the restaurant too. The pizza was 4/5.

The pizza was alright, but the customer experience was awful.

During our visit, employees dropped multiple F-bombs within earshot of customers. More unbelievable, though, was an employee on break sitting in a booth scrolling TikTok at full volume. We were the only dine-in customers, and his phone could be heard throughout the entire restaurant. The other employees never said a word to him.
The lack of situational awareness was astounding. Multiple customers came in while he sat in the front of the house staring at his phone, seemingly oblivious to anyone entering the restaurant. In hindsight, the fact that we were the only people dining in should have been a clue.

The pizza was decent. The Greek salad, however, had almost no feta. Between the unprofessional atmosphere and the complete indifference to the dining experience, I won't be back.

It was a good pizza not the best I've had but it was good. My only complaint would be, and I don't want to come off as a prude, but they allowed a homeless man to come into the dining room and he sat right next to us and the smell made the experience a lot less hospitable. I understand feeding him free food but not like that. He should have waited outside.

Aside from the homeless smelly guy who wandered in, all was good.

Good pizza, nice restaurant, and excellent customer service! Would have given 5 stars, it didn’t realize I was charged an additional fee to use my credit card. Although seems like a new thing that a lot of companies are doing now!

So I just went to the east location in Fairbanks to get a Greek salad (my obsession…and this one I got today was the best it’s ever been honestly). When I pulled up I realized my wallet was not in my purse (meaning it’s lost somewhere haha..which is frightening). I did have a checkbook in the car, so I went in to see if I could pay with that and the most lovely long haired dude helped me and said he would ask his manager if they took checks. We waited for a bit for the manager but she was in the back, and while we were waiting that most lovely guy whipped out his wallet and paid for my salad. I protested but he was just so nice about it saying it was only a salad and it was no problem at all. He seemed happy to do that kind thing. I think he’s just one of those rare people who is genuinely nice. I’ve never in my life had that happen with a restaurant employee. It really made my day. To wrap it up, the food is always delicious…but that employee is a real gem.

This is not anywhere near NY pizza as claimed. From a born and raised NY’er this crust is nothing like NY pizza and the sauce is awful. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but please do not claim you have a NY pizza if you have never tasted one outside of Boston. I unfortunately trusted the pictures and reviews here, and was honestly more disappointed in this pizza than any other pizza in town knowing the others were not comparing themselves to NY style.

Everything was good! Food, service & cleanliness. Had two pizzas, beers, knots & Stromboli, all were tasty.

Garlic knots were okay. About half were burnt on top and bottom. Salad was expensive for the small amount of toppings I got. Pepperoni pizza was pretty good. Chicken Bacon ranch Pizza had very little toppings. Overall not pleased with the food. The employees were great, though.
