“I’ve been to hot licks for my first time visiting family in Alaska in 2019. Then I moved here in 2024 and went every other time they were open in the summer. I love how fresh and homemade the ice cream is and I also love the drink shakes they make.“

Today I called the only Coldstone in “Fairbanks” and FYI to everyone reading, I live in “California”

I reached out to this location specifically because I’m trying to surprise my sweet friend that lives in Fairbanks Alaska.

And once I called and explained my situation, there was this sweet and caring person named Dorothea that answered the phone and was willing to help me out no matter what!

Let me tell you guys why, the computer was not getting my order # displayed on their end so Dorothea took all the notes written by her beautiful handwriting 💅🏻 and called me back once she found my order 😌

The most caring employee that I’ve ever encountered at Coldstone, bless her heart! ❤️ I was in such a big relief once she called me back, thank god for this person and you guys should definitely give them more praise!
