Spoke with the proprietor for a bit after he asked about why we were in Alaska. We asked the same & he gave his story. He made fresh cabbage for us after telling us how he does everything himself. Great young man & even better food. Of all the Jamaican spots I've been to, including Jamaica, his food is pretty good. He has a unique twist on his seasoning which made the jerk superb. This is definitely a Premier Eating Spot for Fairbanks and should be Highly Recommend. When we go back, this will be our 1st stop to eatParking: Parking is on the side, right by stairs to door“
