Fairbanks has 2 kfcs. This one by the Costco/ Bentley mall is so much better food than the one on airport. Faster, better service, never a problem.

Well, the food is fine. The customer service is ok. But the prices are absolutely insane. I have lived here for 11 years, and I am pretty familiar with the Alaska price increase, but the prices here? Preposterous. $79.40 for the 16 piece meal. That is almost exactly double what it is in the lower 48, and KFC in the lower 48 is already on the high side for fast food. All the other prices are along the same lines. I don’t know what’s up with the costs here, but I am really surprised. I might as well go eat at some locally owned joint that has food that is twice as good for the same price. Anyway, just my two cents.

Who knew fast food would be so expensive in Alaska? We paid $9.99 for a kids meal (two chicken strips, fries, and Pepsi). Dining room is closed due to the COVID pandemic. Only option is drive thru. You'll have to eat the food in your car or take it elsewhere.

KFC, what more you want? They fry chicken and have some decent rehydrated mashed potatoes. I like the coleslaw too, they come in reusable, reheatable containers so guess they are making efforts to save and reuse things before they go straight to the landfill
