Ajimi is a fantastic restaurant with great service and delicious food. The Mafia roll and spicy tuna roll were outstanding, while the scallops were perfectly sweet. The salmon carpaccio had a great flavor, but could use fewer crunchy onions. The portions are generous and provide good value. The warm towel and free soup create a calming atmosphere, with attentive servers and excellent teamwork. The bento, combo #5, and yakisoba were all tasty, and the sushi/sashimi were fresh. With amazing food, epic service, and kind staff like Mark, Ajimi is a must-visit spot in Fairbanks.
