Latitude 65 Brewing Company

Nice mondern brewery with AMAZING bbq. Im from Wisconsin originally and love to go to brewery for flights. We did 2 rounds of flights and didnt have a bad beer. The environment is great, beer is great, and they have food. I think the website says food truck. But you just order at the counter with your beer and they bring it to you. Great way to kick back, play some cards and stay cool during these long days.

Really enjoyed this place. The beer was very good, as was the food, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. If you find yourself in the area definitely stop by.

Beer here is excellent, and the shop has a charming ambiance. There are many photographs of the aurora available for purchase.

I am absolutely amazed that anybody would give this place more than three stars.
I just had the worst hamburger ever! Completely burnt beyond recognition. When I told them, politely, that this burger was way overdone, they defended themselves saying that they can't cook a hamburger rare. I get that. But there's a big difference between medium rare, and burger like a shoe!
Okay, so they can't cook a basic burger. Whatever. But the customer service here was arrogant, and just condescending. I would never, ever, ever, ever, come back here again. Way too many other places in town that have better customer service..
There are so many other better places in Fairbanks that actually cater to their customers. Avoid this place at all costs!

Nice and peaceful place for grabbing a drink with friends. The people are friendly and patient, and there's a good variety on tap. They have a variety of food trucks that rotate through.

Nice draft beer selection

I really enjoy the atmosphere in this place. Super chill vibes with a very mixed crowd of patrons. Nice and big inside with plenty of seating for when it gets colder. The addition of Frozen Smoke bbq makes this an even better stop. IMO they have the best brisket in FBX. It pairs perfectly with the beers and ciders they offer. Staff is always friendly and knows how to help undecided drinkers on what they might like. Kid friendly place too.

We visited several breweries in Fairbanks, and this was our favorite. We like the people and the selection of beers. Nice place to sit outside in good weather.

The beer selection is awesome. Had some of the best IPAs. Friendly staff. The frozen smoke food cart has its kitchen on the same building so they are open everyday when the tap house is open.
Note for Out of state beer lovers, alaska has a 32oz law that a brewery can not sell more than 32oz to a customer to drink at one sitting. Its an issue with the state law, not the brewery fault. But yet hey, after the first two pints, your brain will find ways to work arounds on it. Enjoy.

Love the atmosphere! Love all the options! Their hard seltzers are my favorite and hubby loves the IPA. Best of all -- dogs are welcome!!

Great atmosphere. Yummy on tap root beer. Frozen smoke burger was soooo Good.
