They do to go beers. What else do you need?
The food at the Frozen Smoke is stellar. The only fault is they don't offer carry-out, you have to order in person to-go.
Great beers and atmosphere. They had bbq that looked AMAZING but we only had time for a couple of beers. When we return we will definitely get the food!
Giant space, brew kettles on sight, great beers, cool staff. Must try.
First time here, had a flight. Loved Red Raven, my hubby loved the IPAs he tried. The brisket nachos are fantastic, try them if you can! Highly recommend.
Beer is good, environtment. Iron work is cool.
2 times i ordered frozen brisket. Both times sucked. 1st was brisket nachos. Junk.
2nd was their smash burger. Charcoil.
Took 2 bites went to refill the good brew and waitress chucked it. Mentioned i didnt finish it cause i was gonna feed it to my dog. She offered a free beer. Dive bars from now on.
Lat65 is always a great place to meet up with friends for a beverage. We had smash burgers from Frozen Smoke for the first time. They were so delicious 😋
Beer was good, but I’ve never gotten sick after chips and queso before. That’s all I’m sayin…
Great Beer across the full spectrum of brewing! The Frozen Smoke foods available pair perfectly and are absolutely phenomenal! If you haven’t been here you’re doing yourself a disservice!!!
Awesome people slinging up wonderful home brews as a fair price. What is not to like. They have food too - but I did not have any of the options!
Love it!
We walked from downtown Fairbanks!

Latitude 65 Brewing Company is a fantastic spot to kick back, especially on summer nights in Fairbanks. With a spacious taproom, rotating food trucks, and a welcoming patio, it’s the kind of place that feels like a community hub. Their beer selection is diverse and very well-crafted, whether you’re into hoppy IPAs, dark saisons, or something lighter, there’s always something new to try! The space also features local art, which makes me love love about this place even more, and a laid-back vibe that makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. Friendly staff and a strong local feel make Latitude 65 a go-to for great brews, good company, and enjoying the best of Fairbanks in the summer!
Lovely brewery, enjoyed looking out the window. Bartenders gave me advice on what to do in town. Beer was quality.
Great selection of stuff on tap and even some great NA options as well. Really delicious nitro stout and mimosa cider. Love all of the local art on the walls. There is Frozen Smoke BBQ spot on site and food trucks on some of the days when that is closed.
A very local experience. Beer was meh. Servers were friendly. Definitely go because, like, when will you be here again?
Lat 65 is my #1 favorite brewery to visit on my family vacation time in Alaska. All the way from Sacramento California, this is the place I want to go and have a few and a half brews. Combine the great choices of beverages with an awesome food item from Frozen BBQ, and you are sold on this establishment for good. Love this place!
