Food was ok. Seafood salad was pricy and very small. Friendly service. Clean maintained bathroom. My Son in law liked his pad Thai. They do close for a lunch break, so we made it in before they closed for their break. I live opposite side of town, but will return!
I have eaten in a lot of Thai restaurants in my lifetime (have family who lived there for over 30 years) and hands-down, this is one of the very best! To find it in Alaska was a very pleasant surprise. The food was fresh, delicious deliciously seasoned, and the service was excellent.
More than 10 Thai restaurants in Fairbanks area and the Mayor of Fairbanks personally vouched for Lemongrass and he was right!

Made with care, packaged with care for carry out (special efforts to prevent any spillage), Pad Thai and Fried Rice was excellent; variable 4-level scale of spicy and they ask you up front—I recommend Medium.
