Delicious, authentic, beautiful space. Went here twice during a week-long stay in Fairbanks at the recommendation of our host. Good vegetarian or pescatarian options and they were happy to bring out extra spice on the side so I could add some to the dish I was sharing with my more spice-averse wife. Nice fusion dishes with local Alaska fish too. The salmon pad Thai and tom yum soup were especially good.
This is the best Thai restaurant I’ve ever been to. No questions. The food was ridiculously fresh and flavorful, and the service was the best I’ve had at a restaurant in YEARS. We had the veggie rolls- wraps were fried light and crisp to perfection, and the veggies inside were flavorful and cooked without being mushy. This is one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to. It’s a small, family-run place, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I was only in town for two days, but I ate here twice because the food was so good. The lemongrass curry was full of flavor and really fresh—I liked it so much I ordered it both times. Their other curry dishes are also very tasty. I would definitely come back if I visit again
