Dirty floors in the kitchen. Dining area soda machine all messy. Sticky floors n nothing stocked right. These kids don't deserve 15 an hour maybe 10 if they are lucky. Poor attitudes and drive times unexplainable. 3 of the employees wearing regular shoes not even non slip resistant ones. The 3rd time I've asked for crispy well fries light salt. Not fries that are half well done and no salt. This general manager Robert hicks should be disappointed in his untrained staff. They are rude and just don't care. People don't go to that one because it's the worse one I've ever been to and the nastiest.

Terrible service, delivery, and restaurant. Save yourself time and effort. Hit up another McDonald's if that's what you are after.

The food is good and the workers are nice… when you can get ahold of one. The lobby has some serious neglect issues and wait times can be crazy. But when it comes to the food, it is surprisingly good, and usually fresh - probably because they are always so behind in the kitchen ?

Now that I can use the app to order, I am more likely to pick some up on the way home.

The food was good, so was the service but it felt like a dystopian society at the drive thruKid-friendliness: There's a play place and there's food for kids, so yeah.

Like almost all fast food (in my experience) in Fairbanks, the service/people is/are hit or miss. Nothing particularly wrong with either but I'm just used to slightly more prompt and friendly service where I'm from (Mississippi).
I love these guys at this McDonalds. idc if my iced coffee looks like a tiered parfait every time, I can mix it myself.I will miss the AM crew when I move next week. Frank and the ENTIRE window crew need a raise! Even the lady who snatches and glares. I KnOw why's she's grumpy, can't blame her. They mitigate so much nonsense in this town at that little window. Thank yall for always starting my day off right and in a great mood. You all are dope af and don't forget it <3

If you walk in, you have to spend more time waiting. Better to use drive-through if you don't want to wait too much.

Well it's McDonald's isn't it. The crew is understaffed and over worked. The food is McStandard compliant. Service speed has increased over the years, but this won't be like your McExperience in the lower 48. Use the App & Curbside pick-up for the more relaxed experience.Kid-friendliness: The Play Place has re-opened as of 323

Be nice to food service employees, they really work hard at this establishment. Too many drunks and a-holes come in here demanding things be a certain way-- its fast food. You get what you pay for. Stop yelling at these people who are trying to make ends meet.

It's really just another McDonald's. You know what to expect, unless this is your first time going to one (as it was for me years ago!). For those who haven't seen one before, you can expect:1. Hit and miss on how fast the service is (usually better when it's not during the lunch and dinner rushes)2. Deals and value menu are the most economical things to order. Other stuff you can really get elsewhere.3. Slower than necessary drive thrus. That being said, this was one of the few locations that had dining in as an option in the post COVID world. So there's that.
I'm just overestimating
