The pricing in US stores is a cheaper than the Australian stores but the food quality is terrible by comparison.
The Canadian stores were closer to the Ausyralain stores but I think both countries stores could benefit from copying the Australian operation.

I went through the drive thru and ordered breakfast, I asked for an orange juice, the woman who made it had over filled it, so when I tried to hand it back to her and asked nicely for her to wipe the sides for me, she grabbed a single napkin and told me to do it, I asked politely one more time because my hand was sticking out the car window still holding the cup and my other hand was holding my food bag, so she took the single napkin and wiped down the cup with the most disrespect I've ever seen. Wish Macdonalds would get better people.

We made an order and the forgot 2/3 things in the order. . The took another few mins and brought one thing and had to be reminded about the last item. The bathrooms weren’t very clean and had a minor leak. The parking lot was blocked up for some reason. For what McDonald’s is charging for a meal these days, they can do a bit better.

My husband and I have been in fairbanks alaska for 2 months now and the only thing that I go in for is their mocha frappe. My husband loves these,that is why I put up with the staff being rude. The restaurant was dirty and cluttered with garbage. Today I went in for my usual frappe drink. I ordered a large mocha frappe without whipped cream When the cashier gave me the total I questioned him because it was a different price from the other times. He said it was correct,so I let it go. I stood and waited several minutes for my drink. Finally I asked the manager for assistance. He was very unfriendly. He refunded and rerang my order. I finally got the drink, but without any apologies for the mistake. There are only two McDonald's in fairbanks and the other one isn't much better . Not the McDonald's standard one would expect.

They don't have oatmeal, which is a company menu staple/standard. The wait was long and customer service was not great. The manager wasn't approachable and was sarcastic with customers that were patiently waiting.

Super bad it took about an hour for just a number nine meal. They couldn’t even get two cheeseburgers plain, and the fries were cold train the staff. They didn’t even know what they were doing. A kid could do better.
