Given the poor ratings for this location, I have contacted the corporate office at 110 N. Carpenter St., Chicago, IL 60607. This is a franchise location, given my experience today, the managers attitude was inexcusable. Obviously all interactions are on camera and i was very polite, calm and cool. Unlike the manager who raised her voice at me and pointed to the door. In addition to my corporate complaint, I have scheduled a meeting with my Attorney to explore my options. Please read the other reviews that detail a systemic problem with this location. I would like to see this franchise revoked and become a corporate store. Again, based on these reviews this location definitely has a lot of issues. All I wanted was to bring home breakfast for my family, instead i brought home a big bag of PTSD. Thanks for the trigger! So for sure i will not return here, I’m hoping that the management at this location receives some additional training. Why would you treat any person like this? Despicable!

I just learned about shareables on the menu. I only see it on the app. With five kids I definitely appreciate this add to the menu.

Poor sandwiche making at airport way McDonald's, the small children working their making the food didn't or don't consider professionalism in their easy paying job to do the work as advertised. This is a poorly made sandwiche with a slap of a terrible job. Don't know how everyone feels about it but I'm disappointed...

Went here prior to a visit to the Fairbanks airport. The entire restaurant was unclean, with the trash cans overflowing and the tables covered in trash. Our medium-sized order of 4 entrees took upwards of 45 minutes (even though we were the first people in line and the drive through line was empty.) Once received, the fries tasted stale immediately after being received, and reeked of fry oil to the point of being inedible. Our chicken nuggets were gummy but didn’t have the same rancid oil smell or taste.
Worst McDonald’s in town. I hope everybody that works there has diarrhea

The manager working 8/26/24 at 5:00 pm was absolutely amazing I haven’t seen anyone working that hard in a long time and her attitude was amazing also.

The manager on August 25th about 1:00 pm was very rude. She refused to give me a receipt. I'm a veteran and we are trained in military politeness. I have never been so disrespected in my life. I will not be going back. Anyone going there be prepared to be disrespected.
