Man have you guys gone downhill! Two breakfast sandwiches available and both of them are frozen, literally Jimmy Dean straight out of the freezer section. If I wanted that I would go get a Jimmy Dean box of breakfast sandwiches for what you guys are charging for a single one. And hot chai tea I ordered was cold. The young lady at the window was not willing to answer any questions and just gave me the typical dull look and shoulder shrug when I asked questions about the menu. wow. I used to love you guys, came for the works breakfast sandwich and hot chai tea all the time, at least twice a week. Apparently you can't get that anymore or at least when I asked the girl at the window she didn't have an answer

Super cute place! In Fairbanks I was really missing my Dutch Bros! This place definitely made it nice with the great customer service and even some stickers! Loved it! Also very good drinks!

Mocha Moose Express is seriously my most favorite hut in Fairbanks 🫎😭💕☕️ I’m so happy they now have 2 locations! 🤗 The baristas are always so friendly + personable, the food + drinks are always spot on, and the possibilities for drink combos are endless! I always have to look on Mocha Moose Express’ page/stories for drink ideas, because they can make pretty much anything you want 🤪🤗💕 HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a yummy pick-me-up! ⭐️

Pretty long wait time in my opinion but worth it since their shakes are pretty great and the workers are pretty nice as well.
