Amazing Thai food. Don’t worry about the atmosphere. Shockingly good Thai in Fairbanks. Got the green curry with chicken medium spice and the drunken noodles with pork. The pork was outstanding. I believe the drunken noodles were homemade. They were very good with GF.
We had an amazing meal at Nim’s House of Thai Food! The flavors were fresh, authentic, and comforting from the very first bite. The green curry was beautifully balanced — creamy, fragrant, and perfectly spiced. The Tom Yum soup had that signature tangy kick with just the right amount of heat, making it an absolute standout.

Asked for 5X Thai hot on two separate occasions. First time was THE BEST! That sauce is precious to me! Lip numbing deliciousness!! Don’t want to spill a single drop! Second time was good, but it looked like they just added extra fire oil, rather than adding more whole peppers. Still so good and hot! Ask and ye shall receive…at least when you are at Nim's. I will be back, asking for more 5X Thai hot cashew chicken.
