parking is terrible and the staff parks at the front door leaving handicapped customers to park in the back of the parking lot. The food is good, but the inconsideration made me decide to never eat there again.
Didn't give me all my food I ordered on uber eat and forgot my pork in my ramen

Great service and good food. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen w/ gyoza. The gyoza was not that great because the meat had a weird bitter taste, but the noodles made up for it and were delicious to eat! Other than that, the space and atmosphere of this location felt peaceful and enjoyable. :)

I have not been to Oishi since they changed locations (a long time!).
They charge for a to-go container which is weird for a place with ten stools and a counter for the only dine in option.
I was bummed to see they no longer have bakery items. They had some awesome treats like no where else in town.
My kid loves the onigiri. And liked the Ramen. the chicken bao bun I got was good, but seemed like there should have been more to it, both in flavor and substance (maybe picked veggies? Or carrots? I dont know but a hunk of fried chicken on a bun with sauce was underwhelming).
(The bun was perfectly soft though)

A ramen in the so cold days is so comfortable. There’s many choices and also the bun is good. A small restaurant with limited seats but oishi.

This is a Japanese restaurant in Fairbanks that mainly serves ramen.
The spicy miso ramen was really spicy and I was surprised lol
It's a shame that the soup is lukewarm, but it's hot.
It can't be helped since it's a lawsuit issue in America.
The gyoza was also delicious!
Onigiri were sold for $5,
I thought it was a bit expensive so I gave up.
The roll cake is also delicious.
If you want to eat ramen in Fairbanks, please come ❤️

Best ramen in Fairbanks, Alaska. The soup is super delicious, doesn’t feel as if I am in Alaska. But it takes me back to ramen shop in Hokkaido. Dont forget to order the gyoza. It worths walking 10 mins under heavy snow to this secluded spot. At first I thought it was a closed parking spot. But then I saw the OPEN signage on the seemed desserted building. It is definitely an underated review in google. It should have moreeee reviews than this. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️??❤️❤️ it

If i can give a 0 stars on this review, I would!
We sat down and ordered at 04:40pm. My spouse got her ramen after a couple of minutes then noticed that guy who came from the kitchen gave the gyoza acted he's all so lazy and doesn't wanna work there. I got told to wait a bit more for my tonkutsu ramen i waited for 20 mins.. noticed that my food didn't arrive yet, i asked the cashier for much longer for mine to be done and she said she don't know, maybe 10 more mins....so i waited.... Until every customers that was there left...but still my ramen didn't arrive at all. So i went to asked for refund then the guy who was delivering food said, I'm pretty sure I brought a ramen.. YES you did but you gave it to the customer who ordered AFTER US! And time checked 05:25...starving!
The customer service displayed a remarkable lack of attentiveness. I sincerely hope the owner will take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements.
I used to come here often to get my okonomiyaki fix. When they moved locations, they added ramen to the menu and reduced the variety of baked goods, but also brought in some really great drinks from locals like kombucha on tap. I loved their new set up. And while the ramen wasn't anything amazing, I still loved going just to get okonomiyaki. It's no longer available now, and the baked goods are very limited and not as unique anymore. I'm sad to say it's unlikely I'll be back. Thank you for the wonderful years, Oishii.

Somehow some way you guys made me go back to when I was a kid, when flying back to my families home country we would always get true Japanese ramen and you guys mirrored that 100%, will definitely be coming back but with more people next time most likely ?

This place is the absolute gem of Fairbanks. Onigiri, ramen, and sweets and trinkets. Everything is Always amazing every time I go. Minus the weird road to get there but it's Alaska so that's normal.

Really enjoyed the pork bao. We came at busy time and had difficulty finding seating/a bit of a wait for food. Takeout orders were being announced often, and would likely save time if you’re in a rush
