Highly recommend! We very much enjoyed the baked goods we got here. I chose a raspberry kolache and a strawberry rhubarb tart. My cousin had a blueberry kolache and a chocolate croissant. Everything was delicious and the pastries were large. The croissants are so delicious. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. My favorite is their almond crunch one. However, I think they can elevate this croissant with a sauce inside. It can be a little dry. I have also tried their ham and cheese croissant. It is good as well. I will be trying more items.

I went there to pick up pastries for my friend who turned out to go for gluten-free diet so I ended up eating them all by myself. I l had the Almond croissant, pastry filled with cheese, raspberry tart?(Sorry it's been a while) all good, I was happy to find this place, I call it best bakery in fairbanks. It's really cute too, I will be my go to place for house warming gifts. Price is just right.
