Great service and good food. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen w/ gyoza. The gyoza was not that great because the meat had a weird bitter taste, but the noodles made up for it and were delicious to eat! Other than that, the space and atmosphere of this location felt peaceful and enjoyable. :)

I have not been to Oishi since they changed locations (a long time!).
They charge for a to-go container which is weird for a place with ten stools and a counter for the only dine in option.
I was bummed to see they no longer have bakery items. They had some awesome treats like no where else in town.
My kid loves the onigiri. And liked the Ramen. the chicken bao bun I got was good, but seemed like there should have been more to it, both in flavor and...

This is a Japanese restaurant in Fairbanks that mainly serves ramen.
The spicy miso ramen was really spicy and I was surprised lol
It's a shame that the soup is lukewarm, but it's hot.
It can't be helped since it's a lawsuit issue in America.

The gyoza was also delicious!

Onigiri were sold for $5,
I thought it was a bit expensive so I gave up.

The roll cake is also...
