Online order. I think the system is broken. It doesn't matter that it takes a while to get pizza delivered. However, it matters that the store will NOT answer the phone during the course of the order. They don't update the online tracker so you can see the driver's location, and even the online chat hangs up on you. Very odd. Never experienced such a thing. I assumed the location was shut down and I placed a duplicate order with dominoes. The same order cost 50%...

The pizza is not that salty, and I'm really surprised. My husband and I like it.
Although, I needed to wait because their driver accidentally took my order, but they are very apologetic, and I appreciate it so much.

The pizza generally always tastes great. It's the service that's always lacking. From not answering the phone to long delivery and carryout wait times, it makes for an experience that at times can be best described as dreadful. I've even called corporate asking dor help with online orders and was told there is nothing they can do.
