It's been a while since I was able to actually sit in a pizza hut restaurant and eat a fresh, right out of the oven hot pizza....it was the best!!! We got a pepperoni stuffed crust ?? so good!!

To make a long story short, I bought 2 pizzas with a deal on the app, got to the pizza hut and they only had one pizza for me. That would be okay and I'd understand that technology bucks sometimes but when I approached them about the issue, they said there is no deal and I'd pay $30 for one pizza. Showed them the app and they said I had no idea what I was doing. I eventually convinced them that I needed the second pizza but the worker at the cash register was extremely disrespectful.

I placed my order online as a guest and no receipt was sent with my delivery person. My order was placed last night about 7pm and I got it about 7:40pm. Total was about $50 after $10 tip. Making sure that a customer gets their entire order would be nice. I was missing my upgraded cheese sticks with my pasta bowl. I paid extra for them and didn’t get it. I also ordered Cajun Fries. All the seasoning was in 1 spot so 1/2 fries were not edible. So I gave up on the rest of the side items and attempted to eat a slice of my stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, I had to rip it apart as it wasn’t cut. I am in a hotel room visiting Fairbanks and the order was overall very disappointing. Only good thing was the delivery time.

I ordered nearly $100 worth of food, and when the delivery driver arrived he had the wrong order. No worries, mistakes happen. He had to go back to the store to get mine. Well two hours had passed and I had not heard anything so I called the store. The woman who picked up was extremely rude and genuinely sounded to be under the influence of something, and was not being coherent. I asked to speak to the manager and his response was that they had not had the time to get my delivery to me as they had since had other orders come in, and stated it would be about another hour until I could be delivered my food. My pizza had already been out of the oven for 2+ hours and sitting on their counter, so I expressed concern about receiving $100 or so worth of pizza that would have been sitting out for 3 hours or more by the time I’d receive it. The manager was very curt and rude, and combatively stated “well if you want I can charge you again and remake your order”. Absolutely atrocious customer service and I will not give any business to this store or any other Pizza Hut again. Now I’m out $100 and have no food to show for it, and am expecting to have to dispute the charge with my bank based off of this interaction. Take your business elsewhere, I normally use dominoes as they have never given me any issue and their customer service is stellar, but was trying to take advantage of the big dinner box deal Pizza Hut offers. Sadly a mistake.

The pizza was very cheesy. I ate a jalapeno and olive pizza. It was very tasty. The atmosphere was not great in Fairbanks. I preferred a pick-up rather than a dine-inVegetarian options: Veggie pizza available
Everytime I order from this pizza hut, the pizza is always perfect and warm no matter how cold it is. The delivery drivers are always friendly and on time or early.

Picked up three pizzas 2 were great 1 was wrong called two days in a row got hung up on went into the store and was yelled at by a girl with no teeth who spit all over then after everything was told to come back the next day I don’t know about you but if this is what the store us left as I don’t want to come

always ordered never had a problem i ordered @418 35 45 min delivery time and hour later called and asked if my order is out for del then was told had to cancel my order and reorder it again another hour wait and still wanted me to pay full price and drivers are only dedicated to deliverys on fort wainwright only and not town sad wish can give a 1/4 star
