Love Ox-tail pho.. My favorite go to when I'm in Fairbanks. I love authentic good food. P.s. I'm haitian & we don't play about our food. Great flavor, meat is cleaned correctly. Mad love...see y'all soon.

It's been a while since I've been back here, and that's a shame, but with 23 Thai restaurants in the Fairbanks area, I try to vary it some. Going back today reminded me how consistently good they are with their dishes, and how they make the best tom yum I have had (I'm keeping track with a spreadsheet). Going there today was a good reminder that I need to go back far more frequently than I do. The atmosphere inside is more utilitarian than aesthetically designed , but they know what they are doing when it comes to making food. My only complaint is the use of Styrofoam and plastic to-go containers making direct contact with hot food in takeout. We would prefer paper-based containers, or a parchment paper barrier to minimize contact with the plastic.

Excellent delicious food, big generous portions, Penang curry was flavorful thick and rich with a generous of protein, same for the Pad Thai. They have other special dishes like the dry duck of lamb chops that I would love trying on my next visit.
It’s a family owned restaurant, the grandfather is the main cook which I find adorable.
One of the best authentic Thai restaurants I have experienced. Highly recommended

The food was fairly good, though the space itself is not very esthetically pleasing, and service was somewhat slow.

Pad Kee Mao is my favorite comfort dish and I am always trying new spots wherever I travel to see their rendition. This place nailed it! Nice thicker noodles, all the flavors were there. Ordered it spicy and was pleased to see fresh serrano chiles thrown in instead of spicy paste. My wife got the Duck pho... that seriously was the best we have ever had in our lives. We lived in San Francisco for almost 10 years and tried plenty of it, but Siam Square has the best guaranteed. The broth was umami, sweet, rich, had depth... the duck was so tender and cooked perfectly.
I can tell it's ran by a sweet family dedicated to their passion of cooking. With so many Thai options curiously available in Fairbanks, this place definitely is a top contender ?
