It's been a while since I've been back here, and that's a shame, but with 23 Thai restaurants in the Fairbanks area, I try to vary it some. Going back today reminded me how consistently good they are with their dishes, and how they make the best tom yum I have had (I'm keeping track with a spreadsheet). Going there today was a good reminder that I need to go back far more frequently than I do. The atmosphere inside is more utilitarian than aesthetically designed...

Excellent delicious food, big generous portions, Penang curry was flavorful thick and rich with a generous of protein, same for the Pad Thai. They have other special dishes like the dry duck of lamb chops that I would love trying on my next visit.
It’s a family owned restaurant, the grandfather is the main cook which I find adorable.
One of the best authentic Thai restaurants I have experienced. Highly recommended

Pad Kee Mao is my favorite comfort dish and I am always trying new spots wherever I travel to see their rendition. This place nailed it! Nice thicker noodles, all the flavors were there. Ordered it spicy and was pleased to see fresh serrano chiles thrown in instead of spicy paste. My wife got the Duck pho... that seriously was the best we have ever had in our lives.
