It's been a while since I've been back here, and that's a shame, but with 23 Thai restaurants in the Fairbanks area, I try to vary it some. Going back today reminded me how consistently good they are with their dishes, and how they make the best tom yum I have had (I'm keeping track with a spreadsheet). Going there today was a good reminder that I need to go back far more frequently than I do. The atmosphere inside is more utilitarian than aesthetically designed...
Excellent delicious food, big generous portions, Penang curry was flavorful thick and rich with a generous of protein, same for the Pad Thai. They have other special dishes like the dry duck of lamb chops that I would love trying on my next visit.
It’s a family owned restaurant, the grandfather is the main cook which I find adorable.
