We went 3 times in a week, once for paint night and the other two just to stop in. The manager Chris was SO nice, so were the other staff. The drinks are good and there is a large selection, and the food was great too. They have a store there with merchandise I recommend as well.
We have been going to the Silver Gulch at least weekly for over 15 years and absolutely love it.
The restaurant wasn’t busy. We ordered pasta and hamburgers/ potato wedges . Waited 2 hours for our food. No one checked on us. The order was wrong, the burgers /buns were burnt and the potato wedges were cold. The manager was argumentative when shown the food we were served. They finally agreed to comp our food and took another 15 minutes to bring us our checks. Will not eat there anymore. Very disappointing

Silver Gulch Brewing & Bottling Co. is a popular local brewery in Fairbanks, known for its delicious beer and a wide range of tasty food options. The restaurant is a bit out of the way but well worth the visit for those in the area. Visitors often find the place sparkling clean, with consistent service from the attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is often described as great, making it a favorite spot for locals and tourists alike. The menu features standout items such as Reuben Rolls, burgers, and breakfast pockets. Customers frequently praise the excellent beer selection, and the salmon burger special, fish and chips, and halibut tacos receive positive feedback. Desserts are enjoyed to go, and the pizzas are consistently good. Although most food is fantastic, some have found the wings over fried, which is rare. Overall, Silver Gulch remains a beloved destination for many who stop by in Fairbanks.
