Geraldo's is about as close as you get to fine dining in Fairbanks. The high point here is the staff. They deal with high volumes of diners pretty much from open to close & they always do it with smiling, professional, courteous employees. The food is well prepared &mid to high priced. Delightful staff and atmosphere. The salad bar was fresh. The Rib Eye was cooked to perfection, tender and nicely seasoned; probably the best I've ever eaten. If we move back here, I would definitely dine here frequently.
