We had a very late arrival to Fairbanks (2:30 AM). By 4:30 pm we were tired, hungry and not wanting to do the whole restaurant thing, so when we saw this place we just pulled in. A very sweet lady with a beautiful smile said, VEGAN? No problem. OMGoodness! What she made was the most amazing tofu and vegetable yellow curry. Hubby had a fabulous chicken pad thai. The portions were generous, too. We expected, just OK. What we got was fast, friendly service and DELICIOUS...
It was just as good as Lemongrass but faster and better priced. It had the authenticity and amazing quality of any Thai restaurant I have tried. The service was very quick and polite. My only request is labeling the boxes. Other than that it was very delicious.?
