Soba has some of the best food in Fairbanks. The waitstaff is always excellent, too.
Ordered to go in the middle of road trip and happened to see ranking on TripAdvisor and decided to have a taste of home(eastern europe). We ordered an assortment of dishes and every single one was absolutely delicious. Crowd pleaser especially with the kids.
Absolutely wonderful experience!! Food was so incredibly good- so fresh and delicious! Service was on par! Very friendly and welcoming! We loved every bit of our meal and time at Soba. 100% recommend!!
